Böhse Onkelz
Böhse Onkelz (also known as B.O.) is a German rock band that was active from 1980 to 2005 and has been active again since 2013. The band is particularly controversial among critics due to its association with right-wing rock in the early 1980s. Their debut album, Der nette Mann, released in 1984, was initially classified as harmful to youth by the BPjS and was shortly thereafter confiscated. From the mid-1990s onwards, Böhse Onkelz achieved multiple placements in the Top 10 of the German album and single charts. Since the release of their album Viva los Tioz in 1998, six consecutive studio albums by the band have reached number one on the German charts.
