Roland Kaiser

Roland Kaiser (born May 10, 1952, as Ronald Keiler in West Berlin) is a renowned German Schlager singer and musician. He achieved his breakthrough in 1980 with the song "Santa Maria," which sold 1.2 million copies. With over 90 million records sold, he is one of the most successful artists in the genre. His other hits include "Lieb’ mich ein letztes Mal," "Dich zu lieben," "Manchmal möchte ich schon mit dir," "Sieben Fässer Wein," and the duet with Maite Kelly, "Warum hast du nicht nein gesagt." In addition to his singing career, he also works as a songwriter for other artists, including Peter Maffay, Milva, Nana Mouskouri, and Karat.
