The Artists: Talent Meets Experience
Under the direction of Johannes Wildner, the Hofer Symphoniker presents an impressive program that takes listeners on a journey through the musical worlds of Camille Saint-Saëns, Mikis Theodorakis, and Antonín Dvořák. With Stathis Karapanos on the flute and Young Phil Hyun on the cello, the stage becomes a captivating dialogue between the instruments.
The Live Experience: Atmosphere and Acoustics
The Freiheitshalle Hof offers excellent acoustics and an inviting atmosphere that captivates the audience. The festival hall is the perfect place to enjoy the deep sounds of the symphonies and the subtle nuances of the solo pieces. The anticipation for the concert begins with the concert introduction at 6:30 PM in the upper festival hall foyer.
Musical Highlights
The concert begins with Saint-Saëns’ “La Muse et le Poète,” followed by the “Zorbas Suite” by Mikis Theodorakis, which will be heard for the first time in Hof.
