Very friendly and helpful staff in the building materials department. Big praise. At the new checkout, it was the absolute opposite; after repeatedly saying I needed help, the lady said she would come right away. But she kept disappearing or serving other customers. After about 15 minutes, still no help received. We then went to the competition with normal checkouts. It would be best to get normal checkouts again. Based on my waiting time, it was clear that really everyone struggled to check out themselves and needed help. Otherwise, a nice market.

I am a huge fan of Toom, but the staff at the "color station" is really unbearable. I just wanted a tip on a color. He said one sentence and then ran off; this has happened to me for the second time now. Some people should just work on an assembly line wrapping cabbage rolls and definitely not work as "advisors" with people!
