Es handelt sich um eine scheinbar einfache Angelegenheit: Die Mitgliederversammlung eines Tennisclubs in der deutschen Provinz soll über den Kauf eines neuen Grills für die Vereinsfeiern entscheiden. Normalerweise wäre das unproblematisch, doch nun gibt es den Vorschlag, zusätzlich einen eigenen Grill für das einzige türkische Mitglied des Clubs anzuschaffen. Gläubige Muslime dürfen ihre Grillwürste nicht auf einem Rost mit Schweinefleisch zubereiten. Diese gut gemeinte Idee führt jedoch zu heftigen Diskussionen und stellt den harmonischen Verein vor eine Zerreißprobe. Wie viel Rechte sollte eine Mehrheit einer Minderheit zugestehen? Ist Toleranz gegenüber Religionen notwendig, auch wenn man sie ablehnt? Gibt es eine deutsche Leitkultur am Grill? Und zählen Vegetarier als Glaubensgemeinschaft? Der Konflikt um den Grill vertieft die Spannungen zwischen den Mitgliedern. Die Vorstellungen von Atheisten, Gläubigen, Deutschen und Türken prallen aufeinander. Es wird deutlich, dass es um mehr als nur einen Grill geht – es geht um unser Zusammenleben. EXTRAWURST ist eine rasante und pointierte Komödie der „Stromberg“- Drehbuchautoren, die die Lachmuskeln zu trainieren weiß. Summer, sun, and symphonics: The summer concert 2026 of the Schiller-Gymnasium Hof! Experience an exhilarating concert evening and celebrate the musical highlight of the school year. The students have been rehearsing intensively over the past months to present you with a completely new, diverse program. The evening's program: Look forward to the powerful sound of the wind classes 5/6, the youth wind orchestra, and the symphonic wind orchestra – realized in a successful cooperation between the Schiller-Gymnasium Hof and the Hof Symphonics. The school orchestra, fine chamber music ensembles, and the powerful choirs from grade levels 5 to 13, as well as the vocal ensemble and solo contributions, complete this special evening.
